He knows the way that you take...
“Sovereign Lord, remember me. Please, God, strengthen me just once more…” - Samson, Judges 16:28
Have you ever found yourself wondering somewhere - maybe it was a new town or in the woods - and have gotten yourself turned around?
Unsure of the way to return from where you came?
Life can sometimes feel like that too.
It throws a curve ball.
Or maybe… we’ve taken a wrong turn which led us into unfamiliar territory.
Regardless of how it happens, it can make us feel lost, over our skis, and unsure where to turn.
But here is one thing I know for sure…
You are not lost.
God knows exactly where you are.
As Job put it… “He knows the way that I take.” - Job 23:10
God knows the loss, sorrow, and frustration you feel - the anxiety.
He himself was acquainted with grief.
If you find yourself in this season, would you dedicate yourself to prayer?
Focus on what needs to done.
And take one day at a time.
I pray in God’s time, you might pray like Samson - who I’m sure felt like he’d shipwrecked his life - “Sovereign Lord, remember me. Please, God, strengthen me just once more…”
You got this… He knows the way that you take… Let him lead.
